Since July 2022, Jentech has established an Information Security Department dedicated to strengthening information security across the Group. The department consists of approximately 20 members and is led by a dedicated information security officer who oversees the development and implementation of the Group’s information security policies.

To establish a robust information security management framework, the Company has developed its “Information Security Management Procedures” with reference to the international ISO 27001 information security management standard. These procedures provide a framework for information security governance, risk management, and day-to-day information security operations.

The Internal Audit Office conducts annual internal control audits of information-related processes to independently assess the effectiveness of internal controls over information operations. This independent review, together with the management oversight mechanism, provides an additional layer of assurance for the Group’s information security management.
